Refund policy

Short version: if something's wrong, we make it right. Trail shirts get free size exchanges. Made-to-order gear can't come back, but defects always get fixed.

Trail shirts and stocked gear

These ship from HestaRokk Farm. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Size exchanges are free. Scan the QR card in your package or open your order page, pick the size you need, and we'll send a prepaid label. Heads up: trail shirts have an athletic fit and run small. Size up when in doubt.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item arrives at the farm. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Made-to-order apparel and merch

Most of our tees, hoodies, mugs and prints are made to order, so nothing ends up in a landfill. That also means we can't take them back for size or change of mind. Check the size chart on each product before you order.

Ordered the wrong size anyway? Email us and we'll send a one-time 20% off code so you can re-order the size you need.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you. No need to ship it back.

Books, puzzles and cards

Returnable within 30 days if unopened and undamaged. Return shipping is on you unless we made the mistake.

Digital downloads

Final sale once the file is delivered.

Gift cards

Not refundable.

Changes and cancellations

Made-to-order items go to the printer fast, so email within 24 hours to change or cancel. Stocked items can be changed any time before they ship.
